Beautiful, beautiful story. You know, as I was reading this, it reminded me of a Cinderella-esque story my mother told me as a child (it was a Vietnamese version of Cinderella). I'm so glad to have come across your story here on AI, and this has definately got to be one of my favorites.

I like how you are writing this so far. Your knowledge of grammar and spelling is divine, and I especially find your characterization worthy of praise. You have several wonderful round characters, each with their own personalities, and I'd like to see what you make of each of them, and how they tie down to each other in the end, especially Serenity and Endymion. Although your plot line is still in its early advancing stages, I'd like to see how everything turns out, and what I'd really like to see is how Endymion and Serenity meet, or how the everything relates to this sea serpent. You have had an incredible start, and I honestly believe that this story can go far, depending on how you decide to continue it. You have the potential to write something extraordinary, and I am certain that if you proceed the way you have been, great things can arise in the future.
